The Wild Flowers High Mountain Honey from L’Ape d’Oc is prduced in various locations in the province of Cuneo, such as the Stura and Pesio valleys at altitudes ranging from 1400 to 2000 meters.
This honey has a light yellow colour, tends to crystalize and has an aromatic taste: the alpine flowers join the rhododendron, creating stronger aromas, together with the raspberries and the sainfoin.
