The Acacia Honey from L’Ape d’Oc is produced in Piozzo (Cuneo), from certified organic agriculture.
It is a characteristic honey, with a straw-yellow colour, sometimes colourless and a liquid texture. It has a delicate aroma, slightly floral and a sweet taste, with vanilla nuances.
It is excellent as a sweetener, replacing sugar, on ice-cream, cream pudding or fruit salads.

L’Ape D’Oc produces honey in Demonte, located in Stura Valley, and it’s a "High Mountain Honeys" Slow Food Presidium.
