From the manual harvest with selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes, traditionally the last week of Septmeber, Erbaluna produces this particularly dry and balanced Nebbiolo DOC bio.
The Nebbiolo DOC Erbaluna has an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. It welcomes the nose with an ample and floral bouquet, with hints of wild rose and violet.
In the mouth it reveals all its harmony, with a dry character, rightly tannic, a low degree of acidity: on the whole masterfully balanced, excellent with risottos, white meats and delicate or up to medium mature cheeses.
