Sobrero: passion, love and tradition are the three key words for this Langa winery
The winery is located in Castiglione Falletto, in the province of Cuneo, where it produces quality wines since the 60's.
From the first bottle of Barolo, dated 1964, the visceral love for the vineyards remained intact through the generations of the family Sobrero at the guidance of the winery: from the grandfather Francesco who first began to make wine, to his nephew Flavio, qualified technician in oenology who today heads the company, the quality of Sobrero wines reflects the care and attention to detail that characterize the whole production.
In the sixteen hectares of vineyards in the heart of Langhe (province of Cuneo), vines are treated with only products with an extremely low environmental impact. The red vines and Barolo, as well as the Moscato vines of Canelli, are declined in a range of high quality wines that ripe in the wine cellar at a controlled temperature, and silently age in abasement that guards the secrets of excellence by Sobrero.
