Cascina Adelaide's Barolo Baudana owes its name to the historic Serralunga’s cru in the Langhe area, which is the source of its characteristic solidity.
Barolo Baudana is ruby red in colour with orange highlights. The nose is important, with notes of ripe yellow fruit that give it a soft fragrance.
In the mouth, silky and persistent tannins dominate in Barolo Baudana, with a particular flavour given by the mineral notes typical of the Serralunga soils. Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
