Vinification: 18 - 24 days with floating cap and 4 - 6 pumpings over per day
Ageing: Slowly maturing in 30 - 33 Hl barrels for 24 months.
Intense ruby red colour, with more intense orange reflections with ageing.
The bouquet is ample, warm and with hints of violet rose, truffle and tobacco.
The taste is dry, but harmonious, full and velvety.
Pairings: excellent with braised meats, game, hard and mature cheeses
Alcohol content: 14% alc.
