Ageing: Slowly maturing in 30 - 33 Hl barrels for 24 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red colour with orange reflections. The bouquet is ample, warm and with hints of rose, violets, truffle and tobacco with ageing. The taste is full and dry, but harmonious, velvety and very persistent.
Pairings: excellent with braised meats, game and hard, mature cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% alc.
