The “Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P.” (Piemont’s Protected Geographical Indication Hazelnut) is the queen of ingredients used to make biscuits, cakes and cream based spreads. Hazelnuts are grown on Stefano Barroero’s land keeping a watchful eye on nature’s preservation. Other ingredients like corn, chestnuts, flour and butter are also carefully selected from among the best available in the area.
