Piedmont, postwar years: Desiderio Rinaldi, the first of seven children, leaves the farm of his father, harshly tried by the world conflict, and sets out in search of what for centuries has been the trade treasure between Liguria, Piedmont and more. A treasure called olive oil. Since that far away 1949, Desiderio Oil never stopped giving genuine flavors of an olive oil exclusively made from Italian olives.

Starting from his smart intuitions and with the tireless commitment of Desiderio, later joined by three of his brothers, we got to the present company whose market has expanded internationally. The Rinaldi family continues to follow each stage of the production chain, from olive grove to the last stage of processing. In this way it can be guaranteed the highest level of quality, both for organoleptic and nutritional values.
