La Spiritosa passion for liqueurs

Monterosso Grana is a small Piedmont resort surrounded by unspoilt mountains and enriched by centuries-old culinary traditions. In this frame we can find the artisan workshop of La Spiritosa, an evocative name of the its creator’s character , Mrs. Dilva "Didi" Dutto. Didi has been always curious about the making of liqueurs and in 1999 she harnessed her passion by starting her lab and therefore enclosing in a bottle the flavors of his homeland.

La Spiritosa selects herbs and fruits from its valleys

The production of liqueurs is limited, closely linked to the availability of local herbs (arquebuse, serpol and genepy) and fruits (blueberry and ramasin, a variety of plums). The processing with cold maceration enhances the ingredients’s aroma and brings in the elegant La Spiritosa bottles brand all the flavours of the Cuneese mountains.
