You have the right to return your goods to ITsGOOD without any penalties and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of goods purchased at www.itsgood.it.

To withdraw from the agreement, you can use the return form (in conformity with the form pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code); the form must be filled in and sent to the email address info@itsgood.it ovvero redigere ed inviare una tua dichiarazione esplicita relativa alla decisione di recedere dal contratto. 

You can also write and send to ITsGOOD a declaration stating the decision to withdraw from the agreement.

N After having withdrawn from the agreement, you must return the products within 14 days, starting from when you notified ITsGOOD of your decision to withdraw from the contract.  If you decide to use a delivery method different to the one indicated by ITsGOOD (courier), you must pay the return costs and shall be liable in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

The right of withdrawal, in addition to the above mentioned terms and circumstances, shall be considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are complied with:

• the return form sent or any other communication stating the decision to withdraw from the agreement
• the products must be returned in their original packaging, intact, sealed and they must not be damaged.

ITsGOOD will refund the amount, after a check, within 14 days from the return of the products.

Please, remember that:

The right is applied only to the whole Order; therefore if your Order is made of more than one products or parts, it is not possible to apply the withdrawal right for a single part of the Order.

 Further to the above mentioned cases (non-consumer customer and/or customer who asks for the invoice), the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to the following cases, under the art. 59 d.lgs 21/2014:

• order of Products tailored to the needs of the customer or clearly personalized;
• order of Products which are perishable or with a short expiry date;
• order of sealed Products which cannot be returned for sanitary or healthy reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
