The Online Shop www.itsgood.it delivers its goods in Italy and all around the World. Verify the possibility of delivering in your country by viewing the drop-down menu on the payment page.

Itsgood shall ship the ordered goods via couriers, in accord with the E-motion delivery service, which is able to guarantee a rapid, efficient and traceable delivering.

Orders are typically delivered in Italy within 48 hours or within a maximum of 5 (five) business days from the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination. For further information regarding Delivery Times and Shipping, please see the section “Delivery and Shipping Costs”.

Delivery costs

Deliveries in Italy are free for orders  of a minimum value of € 49. Orders of less than € 49 are charged at a set rate of € 6,90.

For International deliveries (CEE and Extra CEE) the cost depends on the package weight and the Country of destination and you can see the total amount after the destination choice.

Extra CEE shipments are provided with invoices, as per the current regulations. Please, check the import conditions of your country before making your order. 

You may be charged of an extra cost (taxes or customs duties) which cannot be evaluated a priori. Shipping is DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), therefore the customs duties will be evaluated by the local customs.

Methods of Delivery

Couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is not possible to guarantee a notice, therefore we ask you to register an address where delivering can be made during all day, specifying the name on the doorphone. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice to certify the delivery. On this notice you can find the details for a new appointment or the address of the closest branch. If you will not collect the goods within this period of warehousing or the delivery will fail again, goods will be returned to our warehouse and the contract will be considered hold. ITsGOOD will refund the goods which have a long expiry date, out of delivery, transaction, warehousing and return costs.

Order Status

After placing your purchase order, you will receive the order confirmation with the list of the selected products. With the delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number that will allow you to check the status of your order at any time. On delivery, please check the entirety of your order or sign and date the delivery receipt "Delivery Unchecked" so you have an opportunity to make a claim if necessary.

Delivery Address

We use the delivery address that you have registered with your order. Please, verify its accuracy, in order to avoid any misunderstanding during delivering. Remind you to register your phone number to cover all eventualities.

Missing package

If you do not receive your order within few days after your order confirmation, you can contact our customer service +39 0171 630302 or write at info@itsgood.it specifying your order number.
