The Valverbe Cooperativa among Cuneo’s uncontaminated valleys

On the mountains of the Varaita Valley, in the Province of Cuneo, the Valverbe Cooperativa has found its ideal location: since 1985 it farms, dries and processes organically grown, officinal plants. The production chain, from seeds to tea bags, avails itself of innovative methods which make Valverbe’s herb teas unique.

Valverbe’s innovative system for unique herb teas

Herbs, biologically grown and GMO-free, are dried using an innovative “open cell” system. It will do away with water, but it will preserve the cell membrane which contains aromas and actives substances. When rehydrated preparing an herb tea they release all of their properties, as if they had just been picked fresh!
