In Upper Langa, an area of Piedmont with unique agri-food resources, LaNgalletta select the best ingredients from local farmers for its crispy creations: the crackers. The company stands out for its commitment to environmental safeguard and therefore only selects organically grown cereals.
The manufacturing peculiarity that makes unique the LaNgalletta products is the use of whole grain cereals. In this way nutritional and organoleptic properties of raw materials are preserved and excellently used for the production of flours and organic crackers.
