This Italian Christmas cake with candied fruits and almonds is made by Dolce Idea, a small family run pastry shop in Boves (province of Cuneo – Piedmont). The skills of the pastry chef Elio Mattiauda, combined with the choice of raw materials of the highest quality, give us a great Christmas classic brought to its maximum level of taste and quality.
Among the ingredients that make this panettone special: the French butter Corman, particularly rich and tasty, the candies of Camel pastry, the Piedmont IGP hazelnuts from Cortemilia.
