Dudes Rosé Dry Spumante appearing in a pale pink color, reaches the nose with fresh red fruits, cherry, strawberry and acidulous raspberry notes.
The fine and persistent perlage offers balance and freshness to the spumante. The wine-making based on an earlier harvest lends a more pronounced acidity.
The rose colored must is fermented in stainless steel basins at a controlled temperature, and then, using the “Charmat lungo” method, it is frothed in autoclaves. Alcohol by volume: 12.5%.
